Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent organisational skills, and have mechanical knowledge.
As a Vehicle Mechanic working within our garage, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and service of our fleet of vehicles. You will also undertake vehicle road testing and will be responsible for ensuring vehicle parts are handled and stored appropriately.
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferably qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance Repair or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Mechanic is essential
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving license
- Must be able to work on your own initiative
- Must be reliable
